Replacements & Cancellations

At rawatbooks.com, we value the time that you have invested in our product. Hence, we always ensure that your experience remains satisfactory.

We offer free of cost replacements in case of following circumstances only:

  1. Damaged / Signs of physical damage on the product
  2. Incorrect item supplied
  3. Defect / Visible printing errors in the book
  4. All replacement requests will be entertained only within seven days of delivery.

We sincerely apologize, if you had to face such problems with your order. Here are the steps you need to perform to get a replacement of the book.

  1. Identify potential problems with the product (e.g. Deformation, printing errors etc.)
  2. Take one or more pictures of the product (Ensure that the area of interest is clearly visible)
  3. Email the picture(s) to sales@rawatbooks.com, make sure to include your order details and phone number to help us resolve the problem quickly.
