Delivery and Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to all major cities across India. If you want books to be delivered outside India, please write to us on sales@rawatbooks.com.

We take pride in the speed of our service; majority of our orders get processed the next working day to when they are received. Therefore, it is vital that customers wanting to cancel an order do so within the same working day of their order. Unfortunately, a cancellation post-processing time is not guaranteed.

Our website offers two delivery options:

1. Registered Book Post service of Indian Postal Department (this normally takes 5 to 8 working days)
2. Express Shipping by courier service; subject to availability in your area (this normally takes 3 to 4 working days)

We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please note that Rawat Publications is not liable in case of delays in shipment, as deliveries are controlled by third party operators. However, you may still contact us at sales@rawatbooks.com, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
