Ramesh K
Arora did his MPA, M.Phil. and Ph.D. from the University of Kansas,
Lawrence, USA as a Fulbright Scholar. He was also a Senior Fulbright Fellow at
Syracuse University, New York. He was Professor and Head, Department of Public
Administration and Dean of Social Sciences in the University of Rajasthan,
Jaipur and Distinguished Visiting Professor at HCM Rajasthan State Institute of
Public Administration, Jaipur. Presently, he is Chairman, Management
Development Academy, Jaipur. Professor Arora has delivered lectures in various
institutions in India and abroad. Besides, he has authored and edited more than
fifty books. He has been honoured with Joseph Harris Fellowship, Pragya
Puraskar, Dr Paul Appleby Award, Dr Purushottam Das Tandon Award and Dr
Rajendra Prasad Award for Excellence in Public Administration.
